I’m getting excellent results with CranioSacral Therapy.
Paula ( name changed) has been coming to me for the past two months and reports a dramatic change in her life since she started this process. From not being able to get out of bed from the debilitating pain to now working a full time job has been a success story for her.
CranioSacral Therapy is a non invasive method that helps the body free itself of its restrictions, allowing it to self-correct.
The restrictions could be anywhere on the body, causing snags in the connective tissue, very much like a run in stocking that pulls in every direction.
A migraine may have its origins in muscular tension in the low back for example.
A restriction can cause muscle tissue , organs, and even bones into misalignment and tightness. The body compensates for this for this tension and discomfort for awhile, before it runs out of steam to work around it. Pain, inflammation and/or dis-ease is the result.
To get pain relief means to bring back the tissues into harmony, along with increased circulation and range of motion.
The body’s innate intelligence knows what to do to self-correct , we are co-facillitators who give it a nudge in the direction of pain free ease.

I am also an Upledger Certified CranioSacral Therapist and wanted to reinforce your point that CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is excellent for migraines.
In my practice, I have seen clients reduce or go off meds completely (working with their Primary Care Physician). The severity of migraines/headaches decreases dramatically. And many have gone from several migraines per month to only one or two per year. (I have worked with 2 or 3 who don’t get any more at all)
Thanks for posting this success story. It’s so great to hear about people taking back control of their own health.
